Copays have been waived for diagnostic testing related to COVID-19, telemedicine or virtual medicine is available at $0 cost, copays for home delivery of prescriptions have been waived, and much more! We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and are following guidance from public health officials and government agencies. As of this week, our agents have not been meeting with clients face to face. We've transitioned to telephonic and virtual presentations and enrollments. If clients don't have emails, the health plans have launched "signature over the phone" option. As of today, CMS has not changed the enrollment period guidelines so make sure you still follow the Enrollment Period Time frames and avoid that late enrollment penalty.
