With 16 years of experience in the health insurance industry, Yahoska leads operations, client relationships, and the agency's technology and digital strategy. Known for her fast response times and hands-on approach with every client, she built the systems that keep THEI running smoothly — from GHL automation to the agent tools platform. She's the person clients can count on year-round, not just at enrollment time.
Katy brings 15 years of Medicare experience, including nearly a decade at AvMed where she developed deep expertise in Medicare Advantage products across South Florida. As Chief Growth Officer, she leads carrier relationships and agent development, and is the go-to expert on complex Medicare situations. Her experience and calm demeanor have made her a trusted voice for clients navigating Medicare for the first time.
